As a member of the company, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our human resources team in various aspects of HR operations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
  • Coordinating and administering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance assessments.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Providing support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborating with other teams to address HR needs and promote a positive work culture.
  • Assisting in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
